I hold a BSc.(Hons) Sport & Exercise Science degree from Leeds Beckett University, with specialisation in sport and exercise injury prevention and rehabilitation. Along my journey I have obtained additional experience, knowledge and qualifications in sports massage therapy and personal training.
I have worked with professional, semi-professional and amateur athletes most prominently footballers, runners, cyclists, triathletes and freedivers, assisting them to achieve their goals and stay injury free in their respective sports. Most of all I simply enjoy helping people get better! I now live in Dahab, Egypt and and am happy to offer my experience and services in Sports Therapy to the wonderful people that live or visit here. |
"No athlete is truly tested until they've stared an injury in the face and came out the other side stronger than ever." |
I have a disk degeneration problem and as a result my vertebrae can easily slip and fracture. I suffer from chronic tightness and discomfort as a result. NOTHING relieved the aches, until I started getting sports massage treatment with David monthly and working with him to strengthen my back muscles. David is incredibly calming and caring, he will go above and beyond to make sure you’re getting the right treatment for YOU. I can’t recommend him enough – and actually regularly do!
